Health- Health is so necessary for happy life without health a man cannot do his work properly. A man who generally remain sick, becomes irritable. Being peevish he fails to live happy life.He becomes an unwarrented company in society.
Henry ford is known to have said once that he was ready to exchange all his wealth for sound sleep and full happy meals that his workers enjoyed.
Education- Importance of education cannot be over looked.

It teaches discipline and adjustment. Carefree life- carefree life gives contentment. our life cannot be happy if we are hurried and worried. A life is full of care is a curse. we should not be ruffled by sorrow. we should not be puffed by success both the extremes are injurious. Conclusion- William blake said, '' joys and sorrows are mingled together" so we should be satisfied with what we have. we should accept them as the will of god. the attitude will give us strength. we should not grumble and try to be happy. Milton said- "they also serve who only stand and wait" We should not envy the success of others. This attitude will be very useful as we shall be free from tension and this is the secret of success and happy life.
