Fish Pose and Triangle Pose

Fish pose:

Legs straight or folded into a lotus, Shoulders back and down and away from ears, head slightly
Breathing deeply and slowly
This asana is good for intestine activity, good for all abdominal organs, and helps to do this posture to treat any abdominal ailment.
Very good for people with asthma to bronchitis.
GOOD for neck, good for the immune system.
touching the ground (weight not on head) elbows inside towered each other, chest up as much as possible. Focusing the attention to the chest will improve the posture. Keep the belly relaxed, toes pointing out and down, and make sure there is no pressure on the lower back. Arms on the thighs or floor.

Trikonasana(Triangle Pose):

Feet open 4-5 feet apart from each other, - the wider the gap the better, that way we don't have the weight on the spine.  The front foot is in the middle/beginning of the back foot.
The stretch is from the hips and not from the back.
Knees in line with the middle toe.
Make sure the back leg is not falling in keep an arch......
Shift the wait to the back leg so the weight is spread evenly between front and back, try to have the buttocks in the middle between the legs, don't lean forward, sides should be straight and stretching.
Buttock (tail bone) goes in (or down to the floor) belly strong.

Benefit- good for the skeletal system, works on the side back muscles, the trunk, and waist and back of the leg, good for the nervous system, improves digestion, and strengthens the pelvic area.
